To view Civic Center TV programs with Live Captions simply follow these steps.
- Install the chrome web browser if it is not already on your computer. Go to this page to download the browser. https://www.google.com/chrome/
- Go to the Civic Center TV Watch Live Page. https://civiccentertv.mdstaging.org/watch-live/
- Click on the three small dots in a vertical row at the upper right corner of the Chrome Web Browser
- Click on the “Settings” option that will appear when you click on the 3 dots.
- On the Settings page click on the Accessibility option near the bottom of the list on the left side of the page.
- The first item on the Accessibilities page is Live Caption. Click on the switch to the right to turn on Live Captions.
- Now all video playback when using Chrome will include Live Captions.
